Can you beat a real soldier at his own game? Prove it in the N-Gage Arena Battle the Commandos Tournament, which pits you in an intense game of Pathway to Glory: Ikusa Islands against real life commandos from militaries around the world.

Three team-based elimination tournaments will be run during the usual Pathway to Glory Battle Club time (Wednesdays, 11am PST), where the top team (two players each team) from each elimination tournament will advance to the Final "Battle the Commandos" Tournament on Saturday, April 29th, 2006.

Tournament Dates

Here are the dates of the four tournaments:

April 12, 2006 - 11am PST (Elimination round)
The top team of two-players will advance to the finals

April 19, 2006 - 11am PST (Elimination round)
The top team of two-players will advance to the finals

April 26, 2006 - 11am PST (Elimination round)
The top team of two-players will advance to the finals

April 29, 2006 - 11am PST (Finals Tournament)
The top three teams (6 total players) from the elimination rounds will compete in this Finals tournament, where they will join in a bracketed tournament against the Commandos team to determine who is the greatest Pathway to Glory: Ikusa Islands team in the N-Gage Arena.

Registration

To register, on April 12, 19, or 26, simply show up to the live chat room in the N-Gage Arena message boards between 11am and 11:15am PST and Redrum will register you for the tournament. At 11:15am PST, registration will close and the tournament will begin. Registration is also available via the N-Gage Arena Launcher v2.5 application on your phone.

In order to participate in this tournament, you must be a registered member of the N-Gage Arena community. Not a member - then Register Now to be an N-Gage Arena Member!

You'll also need to have GPRS access set up on your N-Gage device and a copy of High Seize, so you can compete online via your N-Gage game deck. Check your game manual or the Games Support section for more information. Also, it is very important that your email in your N-Gage Arena Account is correct, because the Events Team will use this information to contact you as the need arises.

Prizes

The players from each elimination round who battle to the top and advance to the finals will be rewarded for their heroism. Additionally, the champion finishers in the final round will be rewarded with vital commando equipment. Check out the following list of equipment the various winners of the tournament will receive:
